
A tenacious advocate for her clients, Elizabeth prefers settlement but does not retreat from litigation when necessary. She is an empathetic, compassionate listener who offers a voice of reason to emotionally charged clients.
She joined Hofstein Meyer Rocco Finger & Weiner, P.C.’s predecessor firm, Hofstein Weiner & Meyer, P.C. in July, 2023 as a shareholder after a 21 year stint in the matrimonial department of another firm where her family law skills were finely honed.
Elizabeth earned her B.S. degree from Villanova University. Her J.D. is from Temple University School of Law where her interest in family law was ignited by her family law instructor, David Hofstein. Elizabeth is delighted to have come full circle to be working with David.
Elizabeth lives on the Western Mainline with her husband of 33 years and two chihuahuas. She enjoys spending time in the Adirondack Park, boating and studying couture sewing.
